Quite a few claims. Might be greatest thing since sliced bread. It would be interesting to see your test data.

For example, Corrosion Protection. Compared to what other products?

All-Weather Performance. What temperatures have you tested at?

Advanced Rust Protection. How advanced compared to regular Corrosion Protection?

Engineered to enhance the muzzleloading experience.
What engineering process and test lab came up with this product and was their goal as they developed it? What makes it better than pure bear oil?

Etc…

Not sure why you are going so far over the top describing attributes and benefits of the ‘patch lube’ product you are selling. Seems there is nothing it can’t be used for or do. Have to wonder how it works as a plan old patch lube? Something a lot of folks could be interested in.

i for one can tell you how it works for patch lube.
1. it allowed me to fire over 50 shots with a rifle that with any other lube required swabbing every 5 shots.
2. it worked so well i copied it as close as i could as i had a supply of bear fat and bees wax.
3. why the hostility? man is a good guy and just trying to make a buck.

No hostility, just asking for the seller to back up their claims with data. For example, I currently live in North Carolina, but have hunted in Alaska and Africa among other places. Temperature extremes vary. Is it too much to ask what temperatures a product has been tested at, or do I need to purchase it and test it myself and hope it doesn’t fail at a critical moment? I am not the one making any performance claims. Is asking someone selling a product to backup their claims with data hostility?

I make no bogus, outrageous claims. My product sells itself, I don't have to go forcing it down anyone's throat. Those that have used it for years, keep coming back because it's an excellent product designed by a hunter that got fed up with rusty bores after a day in the field.

Actual shooting events,
Coldest test ( over 40 rounds ) negative 12 degrees.

Hottest (60 rounds) 102 degrees air temperature. God only knows what the surface temperature was that day.

Product when first designed years ago stood a temp/weather swing test for 4 months, including 1 week with the gun thrown directly into the snow.

My other patch lube ( currently not listed ) I suggest the shooter actually treats the bore 1 to 2 days prior to loading, then load up and hunt. This lube actually dries and leaves a protective coating that does not affect the charge. Completely protected from muzzle to breech.

Loaded 6 days, 5 days actual hunting use in varying temps.

As to saying im going above and beyond to describe my patch lube... well, a description is usually advised when selling. Kinda like posting a gun for sale.

And yes, believe it or not, one of the darnedest things ive heard my patch lube used for?

Repacking a bearing in an AC unit that was screaming. I believe it went on for another 3 to 4 month's before the owner shut it down due to the cooler weather.

From east coast to west coast, no problem! I've even covered Alaska with repeat customers. 1 Canadian order but I stopped international shipping due to the shipping cost.

Personally, I don't believe I talk my product up enough.

I never said you were making bogus claims, just asked for any data you may have. And it’s not like you are way out there and claiming 1000 shots without cleaning or wiping the bore…. though that’s been done by Ox-Yoke as I recall years ago with their Wonder Lube or whatever it was called. I remember a few of us trying to replicate the claim, and no one got to a dozen shots before needing the BFH to seat a load. Believe we were using G-O and Pyrodex at the time and didn’t matter.

And folks ask why I am skeptical (aka hostile according to some) when I hear extraordinary product claims with no data that can be used for a comparison.

Thanks for posting your data points.

I bought a tin of frontiers lube a couple years ago thought I lost it. This spring while cleaning my shed I found it. I'm not disputing anyone's post or saying it's good or bad, all I'm saying is the tin had been in the shed for almost 2 years in temps ranging from -10 degrees in the winter to + 98 and probably pushing 100 degrees in the sheds during the summer and it had the same consistency when I found it as the first day I used it. I know that's no scientific test or anything, but I had cooking lard/bacon grease go rancid in the house in way less time. As far as the number of shots between swabbing, don't know!

SDSmif, I must publicly apologize for my poor choice of words. I was startled by what i misconstrued as a hostile tone. it was out of character from what i have read of most of your posts.
again i apologize and now will fade off into my senility.

Would this work for shotgun wads? I got me a new shotgun and I'm trying to find something that will work for me for an all day hunt. We don't have a lot of quail so its a good chance it's gonna be loaded once and not shot all day 😂

Yes sir I like to dip the wads into the melted lube or at least dip a finger and wipe a good coating onto the wad.
