It resembles my .62 smoothbore which was built at TVM. Could be a J.B. smoothie, however.

TVM was my first thought, I also think it was an in the white gun that someone finished themselves, the barrel finish isn't what a pro would send out I think, but way better than I could probably, I like your darker finish on your stock, and I found the the top of the barrel and tang area are so shiney it really effects seeing the front sight, I'll have to dull it down someway and maybe add a rear sight.
