Ive had the same problem before with nipples being just a tad too tight for caps, and after trying several nipples and caps brands.10s&11s I just took a nipple, chucked it in a drill (without touching the threads) and ran a file over it, then sandpaper to turn it down just slightly. worked a charm. Ive now done it to a few extra nipples too. im pretty sure 10&11 caps are both the same diameter, 10's just seem a bit longer. but Im no expert, so someone will prob prove me wrong haha but it works for me, so I go with it :wink:
