75 grns of 3f sounds pretty stout. Didn't realize shotgun black powder was using that stout of loads. I was under the impression it was more like 80 grns. of 2f as being the norm.
 
I normaLLy use 90 grs of Pyrodex and 1 1/4 oz of lead shot for rabbits and the same load but 95-100 grs of RS with steel shot for ducks and geese. If i know i will only be shooting ducks i use 90 gr but if there is a chance at geese too, i use 95-100 grs. I use 80 grs and 1 1/8 oz for doves and quail.
