Gents, here is one you dont see too often. Had a couple of these and they are fun and powerful shooters. This one has been here for a time and has not been shot by me, though doubtless its been fired, but still maintains a very nice clean bore all the way to the bottom which owing to its bore size can be seen with a flashlight.

Val Forgett took one of these to Africa and his load was 125grs of 3 F over a heavy ball of some sort.
Barrel is of 3 groove style and 26" long, IIRC the twist on these is 48. The one I had previously shot RB and Minie well, but that was some time ago, no idea how this one shoots, but again the bore is nice.
Has myriad scratches in the blue and a couple on the stock, none serious, worst are shown. A little rust freckling on the lock plate is shown.
Good solid rifle with two ramrods, one wood and one steel with brass tip.
