I decided to take my Navy Arms double barrel ALL apart and clean and oil the locks and triggers. Have never had the triggers out of it before in all the years i shot it. Never had a problem with them so didn't see a need to. But i wanted to see how everything looked and get some oil on them. When i got them apart i was glad i had. That gun has been shot a LOT. Both of the trigger bars had a circular area wore down in them from the sear arm from so much use. I polished them up good and put them back in but decided to see if Navy Arms had some new triggers. I sent them an e-mail last night and got a reply today. They said they didn't sell just the triggers and spring like i wanted, but they would sell me a complete trigger assembly (the trigger plate, both triggers and the trigger spring) for $25 including shipping. So i called and talked to a nice lady named Valerie and she said she had the assembly right there on her desk and would mail it out to me in the morning. Nice lady and i thought $25 was a fair price for the whole assembly. There are still some companys with good customer service.

Have had pretty good luck with them through the years and seems like it's improved since their move. Glad to know others are having good service too.

You had better luck than I had with them. I needed a new sear for the right lock on my double gun. I E mailed them twice with no answer. I finaly took it to a gunsmith he ordered the part and it took two months to get. Cost me $50 more than it should have because I could have done the repair myself if I could have gotten the part.
