To my eye, the "MRW" is a "fullstock Hawken", but not enough pictures or information to make a good guess as to value other than easily double the asking price IF the other parts are as well done as what is pictured.
 
That flint rifle looks like a finely built parts kit of a full stock early Hawken type. The trigger guard, slightly shorter barrel, Buckhorn rear sight say early Leman/Hawken Era. Looks like a sweet gun fit for all manner of work. Always buy estate guns when given the opportunity.
