I finished this today! 18th northeastern native club. Made from maple as hole and the ball part is the root. I colledted this maple few years ago and now here's the final club indeed!

What do the carvings near the head represent?

Nice job! A unique approach to the war club angle. I don't think I've ever seen a duck's head used before. Very unique and original, and some pretty slick craftsmanship! :thumbsup:

It's based on a original club and the angle is just right if yo mean that! Duck head (bird head) is also from the same club but I made mine more detailed.
