Hello to all, I have a T/C Hawken, .50cal that I shoot. Yep, it's percussion, and I like the caplock.
I haven't gotten into the dress-up part of all this quite yet, but you never know. I come from the survival/primitive skills mindset, and I worked in the woods as a timber faller for years. Then I had a motorcycle accident, and went back to school. Now I'm a project manager for a cancer center. But enough of that, I came here to talk guns.

I have a TC 54 percussion and a flintlock.Both are lots of fun.I recommend giving the flint a try as soon as you can locate one.
