I'm Douglas. Trying to find the thread of fellows looking for info on priming compound and how well it works. It works well. Can be hard to get, might be easier to order the individual components and go from there. Get in touch, I'll help if I can. I make my own caps and such. Been into smoke poles for decades. Thanks.
 
Welcome to the forum from Florida. We have had many threads on caps and
the primer components since the cap shortages set in. We have a search panel
where you can check those threads. If you want to sell powders check our
classified policies. The problem seems to be shipping and hazmat issues and
costs. It is so much easier to use factory made caps if available.

Yes welcome from NZ .Do you mean primeing for such as the scent bottle, sliding primers type, or patch & pellet locks plus tube locks besides the copper cap, Not that it posts very readily .,a usefull offering all the same .

I'm in Texas, by the by. This girl is one of my rebuilds. Given to me by a good friend, I completely rebuilt her.

Just use due caution with it and you'll be great. Mix it in a small shot glass with a small wood stick. Anti static everything. Small batches. Acetone as your setting agent.
