Yeah but gas was $0.25/gallon, on sale and now you'd like it to stay under $2.00 8x30=240 so the price ain't far wrong. Compared to a pack of cigarettes at 10 times the old price, and its a bargain. :hmm: :crackup:
 
Come on now ghost, $29.95? My first Dixie Gunworks catalog was a shirt pocket size booklet about like a checkbook, that was in the mid '50's but I don't remember those Numrich Arms underhammers being THAT cheap. I do recall that they were well thought of in terms of accuracy and I built several rifles using Numrich barrels ordered from Dixie for $19.95. They shot very well but the bore diameters were a bit odd, like .31, .35, and .44, even though listed as .32, .36, and .45. :yakyak:
 
dave ed rayl makes a 36 cal ina 1-60 twist just got oneiy is a strait 3/4 38 in he also makes em small think down to 25 cal top notch bbls just takes some time he is a verry nice gye to deal with worth the wait
