Necchi, you are more than welcome to the pattern. I took it from an original I saw. I like that pattern because it is ambidextrious for the knife, and requires less fitting.
Cold blue first. Then apply warmed Clorox bleach. You can daub it on, spray it on, or submerge it. Action starts almost immediately. Then wet sand the rust off with 400 grit sandpaper.
