As I said in another post, things have changed so I am selling this rifle. Purchased new in February. Has not been fired and hanging on my wall since then - didn't even put in the flint. This was recently made by a member who has been building guns for almost 40 years. It has a 36" Green Mountain barrel, 7/8" across he flats, Davis Late Ketland lock and Davis set triggers. The trigger has to be set before putting on half cock. It has a 1:70 twist with LOP of 13 1/2". This is a gun that was built to be used. A well made gun for someone that does not want a factory built gun yet not as expensive as some other "gun builder" guns cost. Am asking the same price I paid, $1100 includes shipping. Will include box of round balls, 2 flints, 2 flint leathers, and some patching material. USPS money order please. PM me if interested or any questions.

Appears there could be a nice gun hidden in the shadows. May want to take some photographs with natural daylight to really show what you have to help sell the gun quickly.

Update. Flash hole is Jim Chambers White Lightning. This stock is not premium grade. It has a few nicks in it that were there when the gun was made and finish applied over it - nothing that was done since I received the gun. There is one on the right side by the butt plate and 3 small nicks on the left side above the ram rod. As I said it is made to be used. I only use my guns for hunting and I like to think I take good care of them. I even wear gloves when I put them away so I don't get finger prints on them. I had some $2000 + guns that I thought were too nice to use in the woods. If they got dinged in the woods it would really bother me. When the builder told me about the stock I said that was what I wanted. Pictures of the nicks are shown (first 4) as well as the sights and the gun from the left side. If you are looking for a display gun this is not for you. If you are looking for a well made gun to use, then you might be interested. Thanks.

In my opinion you probably couldn’t buy a kit for the price. Where are you located ?

:thumb: No worries didn’t mean to come off snarky I do that ALL the time lol

Crazy this thing hasn't sold, there is a waiting list to buy them new and here you have an already built non fired brand new. Might have jumped on it if I hadn't already ordered mine.

For those wondering about the end of the butt stock - 4 1/4" long, 1 1/4" wide and the deepest the curvature is approx.
1 1/2".

I second those sentiments myself! Heck of a deal for not much more than parts cost
