NMLRA One-of-One Thousand

The ongoing NMLRA program to raise 1 million dollars for a permanent interest-producing endowment is up to about 850 donors now. As a donor (#538) I've been looking forward to the one thousandth completion and wonder if there will be people holding out for the 1000th number, perhaps with a 'bidding' process like what happened with the Number 500. Any other 1/1000 people out there? You get your name on a wall at the NMLRA Hq's.

Saw a post last week that they give away 3-$1000 scholarships annually to youth of members. They have to apply and show evidence of traditional/historical works..
