i happen to also have an 1863 marked Norwich that appears to be in similar condition. It seems to have been well made and shoots well. If I thought mine was getting lonely in my wall I’d consider buying a another to keep it company. I think your last price drop is a reasonable price - I hope someone picks it up soon. Good luck.
