Just got mine! WOW! :) Adds weight is stout and very well made. Price is a fair value too.

You bet your sweet bippy! Solid brass. Only problem is I'll need to dull it down next hunting season. :winking:

Not much else that's stronger than a solid and no ends to come loose...and I really like the extra weight out under the barrel, just seems to make the muzzle hang dead still on the target.

I was surprised at how much I had to adjust my sights to raise the POI due to the added weight holding down the recoil arc...you may experience something similar.

I keep all my brass showroom shiny...doesn't seem to bother the deer any, and looks good in the deer photos!!

Thanks for the tip on the POI and shine. Never considered it would change the POI. Going to have to see what happens.

Just don't forget and leave that brass ramrod in the barrel and then shoot the rifle or you will be in for a big shock.

Just don't wipe it off too much and it will be very dull. Powder fouling is the best thing in the world to wipe your brass down with.

If you don't spend time polishing it ,it will be black by next hunting season. I have them in all my rifles and I've never seen any difference in point of impact. Sometime I leave them in and use a seperate range rod to load and sometime I take them out and put a t-handle on them and use them as a range rod, no difference. PC or not they're great.
