Hey everyone,
I wanted to say farewell to all of you until September. I just found out that I have to leave for Iraq on Sunday instead of next Wednesday so my time to spend with my wife and children has been cut short. I won't be looking at the forum much.
If I get the chance to, I will hop on here while in Iraq to let you all know how it's going. I'll be working 12+ hour days six day's a week so I may not get time to.
You all be sure to keep your powder dry and think of me and all the others over there every time you go out and make some smoke.

Thank you sir for your service.

My brother has been in Mosul since last August.

Make sure you pay attention to the guys who have come home and those still there.

Good luck and god bless.

I accepted an offer with my former company to go over and help with reconstruction of telecommunications/internet security but I'm not sure where I'm going quite yeah. Could be Iraq, could be England. I'd like to avoid England, I've heard Squire Robin lives there... snicker.
No really, I'm pushing for England so I don't have to worry about roadside bombs unless the IRA decideds to act up again. The troops deserve a big welcome when they get back for all the hard work their doing over there, best of luck and come back safe.
