Caps, primer and powders are different. The shipping companies charge a hazmat fee and you have to be licensed/certified to ship them. Us plebs are supposed ot ship powder/primers or caps.
 
I’m down to my last tin, hope I can find some around here soon. My local black powder source went out of business as well. Ugh

Thanks I just realized they don’t like you transporting it either. I’m sure there are limits on what you can and can’t take in your vehicle
