Hello, I am a new member to this website, lots of good info and knowledge here.
I'm hoping someone can ID this gun? No markings that I can find on the outside surfaces. I received from my great uncle who passed away 20 years ago.
Could it have been a kit or replica of some kind?

Thanks in advance, Mark

Mark, welcome to the forum from Indiana. You have a neat derringer. Can you give us some pictures of the bottom of the barrel. Hopefully there will be something there that will give us a hint of where it came from. Thanks

Thanks, here a few more pics. No markings on barrel, but I did find a “5” and “50” in front of trigger guard.

Looks almost identical to one I owned years ago except yours has a slightly longer barrel. Mine was about 40 caliber, smoothbore. I shot it with a .390 RB and 10 grs powder. Fun little noise maker but not very accurate. Mine did have "SPAIN" visible on the barrel and engraving similar to yours. IIRC proof marks were on the underside of the barrel near the breech, only visible if you took the barrel out of the stock.
