Genuine original at replica price of $475.00.

Nice example of a .58 cal. flintlock era frontier pistol with 11" smooth bore barrel.
This pistol was later converted to percussion by fitting it with a new quality lock.
When the percussion conversion was made a new quality percussion lock was installed along with a snail-styled drum that screws in where the touch hole was originally installed.
The percussion lock remains tight as new & in perfect working order.
*Would be an easy reconversion back to flintlock !

Pistols walnut stock remains in solid condition with ornate flint era brass hardware & is tipped with a horn nose cap & ramrod is also tipped in horn.

NOTE; This pistol would make an excellent shooter but recommend the barrel be re-lined by someone like Bobby Hoyt.

Priced at just $475.00 plus Priority postage & insurance, prefer USPO Money Order for payment.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.
Thanks for looking.

Does the pistol have a hooked breech?
Hi Andy,
No, only a few pistols of this era had a hooked breech, usually only found on high end English or French pistols.
Forgot to mention but this pistol with it's fancy brass hardware was likely made for someone with money,
most frontier pistols lacked any trim.
