Pedersoli Mortimer bore size.

It's my understanding that the Pedersoli Mortimer bore size is a fuzz undersized for a 12 guage. DGWs in the ad says .712". Is this basically correct? Would I be better served by ordering 13 guage wads and cards as opposed to 12 guage? Thanks in advance.

Edit- I have one coming so I can't measure it. Was wanting to get components ordered so I could start patterning ASAP when the gun arrives.

IIRC mine was around .721" but!!!!

If you just order cards in 12g they will work just fine even if the bore is tighter.

I bought plastic 12 gauge shot cups for modern shotshells from ballistic products. They fit perfect and snug in my Mortimer barrel. Ballistic products 12 gauge cards fit perfect too.
