Well I’m writing this as I sit in the blind for MO firearms season. I hit a deer and totaled my car on the way to the farm this morning. Not really how I wanted to start the season. No one was hurt and the Hawken is ready to eat.

We couldn’t find it. It’s a very busy highway and I didn’t want to linger on the side of the road too long. I was running 70 mph so I don’t know how much would have been good anyway.
