What load shoots best ?
Afraid that NO ONE can answer that. Each barrel is different, never mind the 2 barrels on those swivel setups. Plus you could be using 2Fg or 3Fg powder, ball sizes vary around 0.530" or less and then you have not only your patch choice, but lube of choice and amount ... and the amount of your powder charge.

Now I can tell you that my round-bottom grooved 54 rifle likes red-striped pillow ticking of 0.015", using Hoppe's liquid BP Patch lube or TOW's mink oil (for hunting), with a 530 RB over 85-grains of Schuetzen 3Fg powdah ... but that doesn't mean YOUR gun will like it ...

Yes totally understand every barrel is different
But someone with the same ML that has the same length barrels with the exact same twist rate might have a good starting load

Sorry, @WLML, but that is what load development is for. We can provide a speculative load if we know the caliber of your rifle and the barrel length. But ultimately, you will have to go to the range and do some shooting. Be sure you can identify which barrel you are developing a load and recording the results.
