The nozzle is marked in 1/4 increments from 2 1/4 to 3 drams. No other markings are visible such as a maker. Is this original or reproduction?

I don’t know much about flask, I would say original since by the time modern muzzelloading took off most makers switched to grains

Nice flask! Not to the OP's question but I don't know why it took modern shot shell loading companies so long to replace the old dram equivalent with feet per second.

I have a couple of those adjustable ‘Hawksley’ adjustable flask spouts marked in drams. Believe I picked them up from TOW a while back. Looks original and fake flasks usually have a well known name on them.
There is a gentleman in India who makes “Hawksley” flasks, he doesn’t try to fool anyone, he sells copies of original flasks. I’ve seen some of his flasks and with a bit of ageing . . . .!

What year range do you think it was used?

Hard to say. Such flasks were manufactured for a long time. In the book of Riling you can see a Dixon catalog from 1883 which shows a flask like yours.
