Thanks for posting those pictures Eric. Eric's try stock can also be shimmed to measure toe in or toe out.
One thing to measure or mark is the "zone" that your cheek makes contact with the comb. The drop from there to the sight line is what's going to be your drop at the comb. Sight height makes a difference, so don't just go to the barrel flat and call it good.
