Hello all,

I had a Nickle plated, engraved 1860 ARMY revolver in my younger days that I had purchased for around $100 new I belive. I knew nothing of BP guns in those days, but I had to have it. I shot it for a bit and then it layed around for a while until I got rid of it. Some 13 years later I find myself back into them literally overnight. I found myself the proud owner of 7 BP revolvers in the past few days. I have been studying up relentlessly for the past few weeks on everything relating to BP, specifically the revolver's. I see this sight is primarilly for traditional BP arms, although I expect I will learn much here in general all the same. I will have lots of questions and only hope I get them posted in the correct catagory.

I would also like to thank my good friend DR. X for refering me to this board! :hatsoff:

Regards!
Reverend Wheeler

Sounds like you came to the right place if you want info on those old pistols, and anything else concerning Primitive arms.

snake-eyes,I honestly have no umph left for the rifles anymore. I have used them for hunting over the years, but have since sent em down the road. :surrender: I will make up for it with the wheel guns!
