When hunting with an accurate rifle this should not be a problem. This can be a problem for paper shooting.
 
I agree with the idea; you should be looking at making the rest of your shots the same as your first. The first shot is always going to be your most important- the money shot. I would suggest looking at your sights and their relationship to the center axis of your barrel. A second consideration is the fit of your action, including barrel to your stock. Some of these wood stocks are not true. When your action heats up your stock could cause the position of your action relative to your eye to change by placing uneven pressure on the barrel. A related issue could be your action screws make sure your weapon is properly seated in the stock, nice and snug- not over tightened.
