Just got this one 2 days ago. Hand forged, curly maple handle and the finest edge I have ever seen.

I think it will come in handy the next time I go hunting.

Thanks for the compliments. The bladesmith is Dan DiStefano, Coyote Forge.
He had another knife for sale that was a bit smaller but the same style with an antler handle but it had been sold by the time I saw it. I was about to chalk it up as a loss but I noticed that a friend had complimented Dan's limited. If you knew my friend then you'd know that any compliment from him requires a great deal of convincing, practicality and real world testing. So I sent a message to Dan and he had just finished up this knife but hadn't posted it yet.

I think I done good!
