I like them, they are about the cleanest and most pure lead that's out there, I've have melted down some of the recent haul and so far I have 32 ingots for 36 lbs. with about 20 to go. I also double checked my stash and so far I have 182 ingots for 206 lbs. not to bad.

Roofing lead is all I have shot for over 30 years. My stockpile of roofing lead is shout 300 lbs. Did I mention I was a roofer for 35 years. Also the shop I worked at for the last 25 years saves the lead for me. All for free LOL they owe me for putting up with them for all those years.

Well, I just melted down the last of those roof jacks, out of around 62 lbs. (buckets included), I got 54 lbs. of clean lead in 48 ingots, not too shabby in my book.

I reclaimed about 80 pounds of .22 bullets from the traps from our indoor .22 league this winter. Lots of slag in there, and I think .22 bullets are alloyed. It seemed harder than pure lead RB's anyway. I just turned them in to scuba weights, where alloy content doesn't matter.

Well, I called a bunch of metal recyclers today and hit the Jackpot, this guy has a few hundred pounds of sheet lead from a whole X-Ray room. I bought 90 Lbs. today and will get the rest later this week, he charges .70 cents a Lb. which isn't too bad when your looking for quantity. I just need to buy some heavier shears to cut it up with.

I finally got the last of it in the first week of the Month. I got a total of 338Lbs. in clean lead from him. My hoard now is around 540Lbs.

Outstanding, I get mine from my son he works for a plumber, not any where close to what you have but it's free.
