The first is a pretty easy tell but the second not so much. A good tell tale sign is that the screws come in from the right side of the frame rather than the left. Spotted these at the Tula Arms Museum
 
Made by Colt? Or copied in Russia?
Made in Russia, as I mentioned you can tell by the screws going in from the right rather than the left. The late Joe Leiper had a site dedicated to Russian handguns and quite a bit of information on the Colt copies but I cannot find it anymore
