RWS 1075 is too tight

The reason was After I place them on the cone, it was very difficult to rotate the cylinder and fire them. I had to jam them down carefully. After able to fire all of them, that ended my day at the range. Same day I started a thread asking for help.

I got lost here with the merging and two posts.
If I remember right you changed the nipples and then had problems.
My guess is you installed the wrong height nipples.
You need to measure from the top of the nipple to the base of the shoulder (flange) of the originals.
If the replacement have slightly longer or shorter threads, that is not much of a problem.
But the top height is.
Treso gives a listing of their nipples and suggest ones that will work as replacements for some guns.
