Hey Rick, that is a neat little piece. Great work on the engraving ,as always, and you color coded it just fer us truckdrivers that can't read :idunno:  :rotf:

Ron

well, thats one way to use all them left over tips heh?! Nice work Rick, I like the fox one there... though what that has to do with salt and/or pepper I'm not entirely sure! :haha: :hatsoff:

gus13 has an interesting querry: what is the significance of the fox? or is it just for pretty?

anyway, i like the piece.

Gus and MSW, Now come on! ... We don't engrave BLACK POWDER on powder horns either!

It's just because I like to put more on my salt horns than just SALT and yes, pretty them up with a little art work! ___ Besides, that's how you catch that 'ol fox. Just sprinkle a little salt on his tail!

I want to make some day horns for the guy's in my MZ group but I think I cooked my first try to much. I can't seem to get it polished, it chips. Could you give me a 1-2-3 step directions for flattening a horn?

Thanks in advance,
Wire Wiz
