I bought those bottle spouts from Amazon
They are made to fit liquor bottles but work on the old Goex cans

Caution - from personal experience-storing gunpowder whether black or smokeless in plastic containers other than original may prove disastrous. Many years ago, I was gifted left-over reloading/muzzleloading powders. Some had been poured into assorted plastic containers.

Me moved to our farm in 2004. Powders remained untouched on shelves for perhaps 10 years. When I decided to do an inventory, One simply crumbled as I picked it up (dish-washing detergent bottle). Several others had also become brittle. Worst of all were salvaged military powders which were plentiful and cheap back in the '60's. They ate through metal cans (factory). Stick with original containers or good ol' animal horns.

I used a tire stem, removed the valve from inside and installed it on a cap.
Now that's pretty slick! I thought I was cool by pouring powder into one of those pic nic style ketchup/mustard bottles to take up less space in my range box. But that tire stem idea is awesome Piquant!

Just don’t get them mixed up at a pic-a-nic. I was at one time interested in finding suitable spouts for these bottles as well. But it turns out I prefer the old school methods of dispensing from a horn or flask into a measure when shooting. I pour from the bottles into the flask/horn through a funnel so ended up not really needing a spout on the bottle. Might be handy to have a nice bottle spout though.
What you really need a Schuetzen plastic can pour spout for is for easily making up paper cartridges. I made one using a ketchup bottle spout and use it every time I need to make paper cartridges.
