My Shooting Box...8x8.5x13. I have one for each caliber with being a different wood and color for ease.

I think I posted in a different range box post that I like the 30 caliber metal ammo can. Everything for a days shooting except the range rod fits into it. I either put the contents on a range bench or the tailgate of my truck. Easy peasy.
 
all of the boxes that are showen so far ,are rely great pieces. keep em coming.
 
I may have screwed up yesterday. I passed on a nice Remington shooter box for $48.95 at an antique store. I may return for it but i bet it will gone. DUH HUH. Dumbass.

Lovely box. Your handcut dovetails are much better than mine. I have a Leigh jig, but rarely use it.


My SIL got the walnut from a friend who thickness planned is down to 3/8". This is my design with all hand cut dovetails. I have a table saw and router, but never did dovetails that way, dunno even how.
Had to make two though, one for the SIL too. (LOL)😂
