That's how much corn meal.. teaspoon amount.

Back to tobacco.. going to crush that "Fine" maybe add a little more and try it.

Is allot lighter per volume 🤔

A full cup is still lighter in weight.

Used a unmentionable cup 3.5"... I shaked it up in there and poured out nice. It mixed nice

Finally! Done. Everything.

It fit nice. Its a good amount.

Anyone else with that range problem? Trying to fit everything organized in some way.

I have a couple different bags and tool boxes... the pistol bag OK.

Without breaking everything out. It's good..

I do have a small Walmart ammo can in there for powder shot scale measuring etc..

Ten gauge cards for the choked new englander fit better.. I think it's a ten gauge.. the 12ga wads and cards pushed easy to easy. I was wondering that the first time I shot it the wads just drop with the rod down...

Turkey choke. Pattern
Nothing came out like great.

Did these quick. To check my fit.

Tight bond glue.

It goes quick. That stuck in 5 or 10 min I pulled them from the mold. It sets as your forming it. It's 👍

Going to try a poker card. ♠️

First batch to tight.

Second batch... fit but smidgen loose fall right down...

When I cutt slits. good fit..

The poker card is better stronger. Dollar store cards for a buck.. takes a smidgen longer for the glue to set.

I twisted it to roll crimp the bottom edge a little..

Used two pieces of card with a little tight bond for the base.

carrot made loading easyer.

I was shooting like 1 inch.. 1.25 carrot wads.. they were a little loose fit. I have a tight fit hole saw now.

The larger carrot probably was cranking out of there to fast compared to the shot.

I'm trying 1/2" carrot overshot wads or smaller next time.

There's allot to try and adjust... better powder etc.

Tomorrow I have to go shoot.. going out turkey Saturday..

try a couple things threw the choked new englander.

You have done a lot of good work on this. Outstanding. But I have trouble following what you are doing. You’re bouncing around too much for me.
I too enjoy playing with off the wall loads (potatoes). That’s how the skychief load was developed. Loading up something that shouldn’t work but it did. I personally have not found anything better than the skychief load out of a cylinder bore but you never know. Keep up the good work.

Lol it is too much.

I'd do a re do of it.. more organized.. still learning

There's more ideas than I have time or supplies to try.

When I got to the range I was like yea I have to try one thing at a time..

I need to test more.. before posting.

Try to keep less clutter. Keep it Easyer to follow. I wasn't even sure if what to call this topic..

Both guns are shooting good with just overshot.

The choked new englander and DP10

4 overshot nitro.. 1 over the shot..

Lol.. everything else not so good yet.

😆 I usually add 1wool cushion wad on top of the overshotZ..
Even that hurt the pattern a little..

The carrot was fun to shoot.. 1/4" did OK.. larger 1/2" was worse.

The heavey buffered did worse in both guns so far... even tried a mix.

3 wool wad nitro.. not so good either.

I guess next is check my IC barrel on the pedersoli. With card to start.

I do have to try less buffer.. and a few other things.

This was with the pyrodex.. I have just enough blackpowder for the turkey.. and to much pyrodex.

I have to take a ride get supplies.

I'll have to get cushion wads to try the regular skychief.
