Show me your TVM rifle

Hello all. My dad is about to take delivery of a TVM .40 Lancaster that is a 60th birthday gift. He cannot wait and would love to see some pictures of any TVM rifles that ya'll may own. I realize everyone has varied opinions of TVM. Lets not turn this into a "bashing thread". Everyone has different experiences, but the one TVM that I briefly owned was made well, and killed lots of squirrels and rabbits over a short period of time. Thanks!

I have never had a flinter with double set triggers. I am really excited for that feature.

I've had this TVM .40 for years and it has been extremely accurate and reliable. The barrel is a "B" or "C" wgt. GM, just not sure which. Weight is just over 8 lbs and balance is superb.

Here's a 25 yard target that shows the accuracy. Still excellent at 100 yards.

Are you guys talking Matt Advance TVM or Garners TVM? Just curious as it appears that Art has one of each. Hanshi' I really like the patchbox on yours.

My Jack Garner (sold?) was probably built by Matt Avance just before Jack sold TVM to Matt about 20 years ago.

mine is about 20 years old. it has curly ash wood and a Bob roller lock. barrel is a swamped rice, it is a a 54cal southern rifle. the best shooting one i own. the target is 3 shots offhand 50yde. the doe was 93 long paces,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I ordered a Natchez Poor Boy Just before Christmas...40 calibre.

Most likely, won't see it till about hunting season in the fall-ish.

My dad had this made for me nearly 20 years ago by Garner. A .40 Poor Boy that has helped me win a lot of shoots and knock down a few deer.

TVM. .36 Southern Poorboy. Couldn’t help myself though....told them I wanted the best grade curly maple. My dream gun. Took 8 months to get here but ended up,, worth every second.
