Hey Fellers,

They got a good herd of elk going in KY. A re-enactor friend of mine Roland Burns retired professor from Boiling Green University was on the KY game Commission and developed the plan. They seem to be doing quite well. They've been seen in TN and WV seems they don't know where the borders are.
