Nothing special to most but I smoked some legs and thighs on my pellet smoker today. 265 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. No sauce or fancy seasonings. Just smoke. The smell of the smoke and flavor of the chicken and skin was wonderful. Smelled like a rendezvous in my backyard!

That looks great! Hard to beat a pellet smoker, so simple. Just did 40 pc. Chicken for the family. Rave reviews and it was very cheap.

YES! Smokin Brothers is the brand I have. Had it several years, kept outdoors and works like brand new. Of course there’s many other brands but I have this one. Google it. Made here locally 100%. Southeast Missouri. Welded construction etc etc.

I have a Rec Tec 700, it is a great smoker. The temp control is fantasti. Had it 3 years and zero issue.

Smoked some steaks today and pan roasted some brussel sprouts with bacon and toasted sesame seeds.
