I recently picked up a Chambers Smoothrifle kit in .54 cal. Gonna be my first build once my hand totally heals up from surgery. Spending my time reading about how to do it and making a list of the tools I will need. Was hoping to make it to Conner's Prarie to build it right along with Jim Chambers but I have a big shooting match that weekend and would have to leave early.
