I've never seen a rifle with ambidextrous cheek rests. As a left handed shooter that's very interesting to me.
I have. Not common, and mainly a custom made item. I, too, am a lefty. I had originally thought of having my chunkgun made with a cheek piece on each side, but in the end I opted for no cheek piece at all.
 
Several years ago I looked at a percussion rifle at a local pawn shop with cheek rests on both sides. If I remember right it was late percussion era half stock. Probably made in the late 1840-50s or even after the civil war. It was decent but they wanted too much for it. It was gone after a week.
