I am building a 28 ga. Percussion shot gun and am in need of a particular lock.will buy or trade if interested

I am not quite sure but the barrel that I have has the nipple in the breach plug it does not have a drum

These guns are not mine but I have a barrel identical to it. I need a lock and hammer like the one in the picture

I had one. If you have the skills, it’s better to fill in the original lock inlet and purchase a better percussion lock. Maybe a back action one will work.

I'm building this gun from scratch so all I have right now is the barrel. The problem is That the hammer needs to be fairly warm

The photos above look like the Spanish made guns sold by DGW (and maybe others?) starting around the mid-1960's. A friend of mine owned one back then. You might call DGW on the off-chance they have a lock lying around. On occasion, I see these complete guns turn up for sale on G-Broker and other auction sites. But, as mentioned above, if you're building a gun from scratch using this barrel, you could use any number of different locks.
