The mold used is a tangent sprue which means an absolute minimum of sprue on the ball.
Raw material is Brinell tested with calibrated instrument.
Weight sampling from 5 random balls - Average deviance of 0.19%

Vacuum packed to prevent dinging in shipment and great for long term storage (NO DARK OXIDES WHEN STORED FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME)

Here is my QC sampling from the last month. I do this on every batch cast - I randomly pull 5 balls from each run and weigh them. Any batch more than 1% deviance gets rejected.
