hevi works well with any plastic shotcup. get the mylar wraps from ballistic products and dont load more shot than the cup can hold. remember that its heavier than lead so weigh out the shot charge so u know how much u got.

i use 6's in regular old waa20 wads with a wrap. O/p card and cushion wad underneath it will keep the plastic from sticking in the barrel.

90g 2f, o/p, 1/2" cushion, waa20, mylar, 1 1/8 oz hevi 6's, o/s card. goes 1270fps or so and puts 10 holes in a pepsi can at 50 yards with my imp/mod choke
