Looks great except for maybe the hare. I cooked one over a fire once and it was tough as a boot. But, it was food.
Was wondering about that too. I used to raise rabbits. The older ones needed slow and moist cooking for stews so they could be eaten. Only those under 4 1/2 lbs. were considered fryers.
But, it all looks delicious.
 
On this outing only part of the meal was cooked on a stick. I cooked deer meat on a forked willow stick, bannock bread on a cast iron skillet along with potatoes and carrots in foil.

Years ago I took a couple squirrels with my .32 cal Crockett. I only took a pic of one of them.

I cooked them over a fire for lunch. I got careless for a minute and let them get a little crispy on one end.
