Years ago I bought one of Curly's trade gun barrels, but I never got around to building the gun. Does anyone still carry a pre inlet stock to fit this barrel? What's the barrel worth? There may be an opportunity here for a sharp trader to pick up a piece of modern muzzleloader history.

Thanks, Eric. RB--The barrel is at my cabin and I haven't paid any attention to it in a long time. It's 42", and I believe 12 ga. (I note on the Northstar website they don't list a 12 ga, but I think Curly used to make them.) I don't remember doing any work on the thing--Bought a beautiful Ron Brimer Tulle not long after I bought this barrel. I'll take a closer look at it this weekend and give you more details if you're interested.

Loophole,.... I "might" be innerested, I've already got a Curly Gostomski NWTG w/42"x.62, and a NorthStar West NWTG w/36"x.62 :haha: :haha:
