It's rawhide over veg-tan, sheath is about a foot long and hard as a rock.....Mr.Brimes, that's a nice knife......Randy
 
Thanks, Randy, but I can't take credit, it was made by Nick Peel. Rifleman's knife. I think it is beautiful. Haven't had a chance to use it yet.
 
Thanks, I've done a bunch of rawhide sheaths and they are a pain till you get the hang of working with it, but they wear like Kydex and look a lot better(IMHO)......Randy
