I have a 32 cherokee and it shoots all over the target at 25 yards.Tried all the different powder charges and different patch thickness. The only thing I have noticed is that the barrel has a lot of movement in the stock forearm left to right, should this be a tight fit,do I need to glass bed the barrel to the stock?Any idea's on what to try next.

There should be no noticable movement in the fit.Glass bedding is one solutuion, another is the old way of using beeswax as your bedding coumpound.

I have a cherokee .32 as well. My barrell was a little loose, and i put 2 layers of black electrical tape under the barrell. 1 back by the breech end,and 1 just forward the barrell key.

This made my gun shoot alot more consistant.
24gr schuetzen fff,shenandoah lube,,and a lee .311 ball,,pocket drill patch,,this load will shoot under an inch @50 yards,and way under .5 inch@25yards. These little guns can shoot!!!
