I have read that Pyrodex doesn't store as well as BP. Is that also true of T7?

No it does'nt. Both Pyrodex and Triple Seven once exposed to air will show a significant drop in performance after several months. Black powder on the other hand will not suffer any deteriation due to age or exposure to air. Be advised keep black powder stored in a cool and moist free environement.
