I just received a patch knife from Tallpine. Prompt shipping and good seller. The knife is an exceptional example of craftsmanship. Worth the expense for such a well made knife. When my budget will allow I'd be happy to acquire another knife from him.

I have a number of his knives as well as a hawk. Each and every one is beautifully and meticulously made. He is also a thorough researcher. If a knife is to be representative of a particular historical type it W I L L be. He has been doing this for thirty years and it shows. If he were in Japan he would be a national treasure.
