TC 58 cal barrel

I was wondering if the .58 flintlock barrel that Thompson Center sells for their hawken rifle would fit in a renegade stock?Does the rib end in the right place?Or will the 1 inch Green mountain barrels fit a 1 inch hawken stock?.54 or .58cal.
I have a renegade stock and parts that I'm want to make into a.58 cal. flintlock.GM don't list a .58 flint,or do they?

If memory serves, the Hawken and Renegade barrels are interchangeable. You might give GM a call or email to double check first.

A T/C .58 cal barrel will fit in a Renegade stock. It's a 1" barrel and all Renegade barrels are 1". A T/C Hawken in .54 or .58 will also take a Renegade barrel.

Thanks,I was hopeing they would.Since I didn't see a .58 cal. flint barrel from green mountain any where I was looking at the one's fox ridge sells as I'd rather have a 28" over a 26" if I couldn't get a 32".I have 2 1"GM percussion barrels now.50,.54,and a.58 Big Boar that is the only TC barrel I have left.

FYI, I had GM make me a .58cal Flint barrel...they removed a cap plug from a finished barrel, installed a flint plug, reblued everything and it's outstanding...1" x 33" x 1:70" and unbelieveably accurate...I installed one of TC's improved vent liners as it's a lot faster than the GM liner that shipped with it...I ordered the barrel through Ed Cain at Cain's Outdoor, West VA...have taken 4 nice bucks with it during the past two years...a 6, an 8, and two 10 pointers...here's the prettiest 10 pointer with the .58cal Flint barrel on a TC Hawken:
